One Stonehouse Rewards stamp can be collected per day. Please present this QR code to a team member when paying your bill or add it onto your order if ordering through our app. If multiple guests order a full-priced adult main meal they can each claim a Stonehouse Rewards stamp on separate Stonehouse apps from the same bill.
With every 2 stamps collected, you will receive a Stonehouse Rewards voucher automatically into your app wallet for the relevant reward stated. With your 1st stamp you will earn a Mystery prize, with your 3rd stamp you will earn a free adult main, with your 5th stamp you will earn 30% off your bill.
The Mystery prize is redeemable instantly, whilst all other rewards can be redeemed 24 hours after issuance.
The T&Cs for each reward differ so please check these prior to redemption.
Stamps can be collected against Breakfasts, Mains and Set Menus.
Once you have redeemed your final reward, your collector card will be cleared to begin collecting stamps again
The Stonehouse Rewards loyalty scheme will run for a limited time only and you will be given at least 30 days notice of the loyalty scheme expiring, after this your loyalty card will expire and the stamps that have been collected will be removed from the app.
The free main meal voucher cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion on the same visit including staff discount.
Stamps must not be collected in conjunction with any privileges, for example employee discount.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. No change will be given.
Rewards can only be claimed using a live code within your app, screenshots or scans will not be accepted.
