STONEHOUSE PIZZA & CARVERY COMPETITION TERMS

Enter our children’s art day competition on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for your chance to win a family meal for up to six people.

1. To participate in this competition, you must tag the relevant Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery social profile in your photo and include the hashtag #StonehousePizzaCarvery.
   
   
2. The winner will be the first entry selected at random from all qualifying entries across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter received after the competition deadline of 12 noon on 16 July 2017, who has fulfilled the criteria in term 1.
   
   
3. The contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years of age and over except for Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited employees, all contractors and families and anyone directly connected with the organisation, including operators of its brands and concessions.
   
   
4. The prize consists of a family meal for up to six people, which will include two courses and a drink for each person.
   
   
5. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
   
   
6. Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish but there is only one prize to be won.
   
   
7. Winners will be selected at random and contacted via a reply on their entry photo, and will be asked to provide their contact details via a direct message from the official Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery social profiles to allow supply of the prize.
   
   
8. No purchase is necessary, however you will need an internet connection and access to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to enter and claim any prize. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion including in relation to the use of the internet.
   
   
9. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
   
   
10. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
    
    
11. Winners will have one week to claim their prize from the date they are notified of their win. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
    
    
12. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
    
13. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data and photography submitted with their entry for the purpose of this promotion.
    
    
14. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
